The Minnesota Twins were hoping to pick up their fourth win of the season on Friday night at Target Field against the Cleveland Indians

The Indians took the lead early after Roberto Perez, scored on a wild pitch. In the sixth, Brandon Moss hit a home run to left center field to give the Indians a 2-0 lead.

Indians starting pitcher Corey Kluber took a perfect game bid into the sixth inning before Oswaldo Arcia broke it up with a single to right. After that, it was all downhill as the Twins piled on two runs, thanks to a couple of weird plays behind him.

The first weird play occured with no outs and Chris Herrmann on second. Jordan Schafer hit a ground ball to the shortstop, who inexplicably threw to try to get Herrmann at third. Herrmann was called safe, and that was the beginning of the end for Kluber. A couple of batters later, Kluber finally got out of the inning with a double play but not untill after he gave up two runs to tie the game.

The score remained that way untill the bottom of the eleventh inning when Trevor Plouffe hit a walk off home run off of Bryan Shaw to give the Twins the win, their third straight.
