After lots of speculation being tossed around due to his name being attached to many conversations, Gerardo Parra has finally found his new team in the Baltimore Orioles who have sent RHP Zach Davies to the Milwaukee Brewers in return.
Lookout Landing reported earlier that Parra was headed to bird land with Davies as the return piece going to Milwaukee.
Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports later confirmed the report saying that Parra was indeed mentioned in conversations between the two sides.
On Friday morning, confirmation came across the board for the deal from Ken Rosenthal and Jon Heyman.
Thus far into the 2015 season, Parra has been tearing it up, hitting 326/367/884 with nine home runs and 31 RBI's in a total of 319 regular season at-bats.
On the other side of things, Davies has had an okay season thus far in, posting a 3.02 ERA, with a record of 4-6, having thrown 95.1 innings pitched, appearing in a total of 18 games.
