After a busy week of fighting the Bellator promotion has they set their eyes on the upcoming British Invasion card on February 27th. In celebration of the upcoming highly anticipated card Bellator will host a private meet and greet event at the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol, Connecticut. The event will be attend by Bellator President Scott Coker alongside current and former mixed martial arts fighters and will take place on February 25th. They will also hold a press conference that will feature Light Heavyweight Champion Emanuel Newton, his opponent Liam McGeary and the rest of the British Invasion main card fighters.
There will be a guest panel at the event with Royce Gracie, Tito Ortiz and up and coming wrestling prospect Aaron Pico all delivering speeches and Q&A’s to the kids as they prepare for their state finals. Of course Bellator announcer Jimmy Smith and the Bellator ladies Summer and Mercedes will all be in attendance.The panel will be followed by a press conference for the main card fighters in the Invasion card. This should be a great time for the next generation of mixed martial arts fans to meet some legendary and up and coming names in the sport. This is another new venture into the Scott Coker era as he looks to turn his fighters into stars. The full lineup for the Bellator British Invasion card is listed below.
