Texas and Pennsylvania faced off on Wednesday night with a berth to the United States championship game of the Little League World Series awaiting the winner. Texas sent Jarret Tadlock to the mound, while Pennsylvania sent left-hander Adam Cramer.

Cramer was stellar as he recorded 15 outs in five innings of work, 13 of those outs being strikeouts. Texas simply was unable to touch him. He would finish the fifth inning before having to be removed due to having reached the maximum pitch count. His final line was five innings pitched with 13 strikeouts and no runs allowed.

Pennsylvania backed up Cramer's stellar effort with a three-run performance on offense. It started in the first inning when Braden Kolmansberger drew a walk to start the game. He advanced to second on a wild pitch and then to third on a passed ball. Kolmansberger then scored when Jaden Henline hit a bloop single to right field with two outs to give Pennsylvania the early 1-0 lead.

They would add a run in the third inning when Cole Wagner hit a home run to left center field. Pennsylvania would add another run in the fifth inning when Chayton Krauss hit a single to center field. He would make the trip around the bases and score when a wild pitch was thrown with the bases loaded, forcing Krauss to score. That made the score 3-0.

In the sixth, Pennsylvania brought in Henline to finish the game. he struggled slightly as he loaded the bases with two outs. He would recover and strike out Carter Ostrom for the final out of the game and send his team to the United States championship game.

Pennsylvania will play on Saturday against the winner of the game scheduled for Thursday night featuring Texas and California. The International side of the bracket is in the same situation, as Japan awaits in the International championship where they will face the winner of the game on Thursday afternoon between Mexico and Latin America.
