Former Detroit Piston, Peyton Siva agrees to a deal with the Orlando Magic, reports Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports. The terms of his contract have not yet been disclosed, but it may be a non-guaranteed or partially guaranteed contract.

Siva was waived by the Pistons earlier in the off-season because he did not have a guaranteed deal for the upcoming season. The Pistons have since moved forward by signing point guard D.J. Augustin.

The Magic, on the other hand, continue their rebuilding project and will add Siva to the roster as a fourth point guard off the bench. Other notable moves made by Orlando this season have been the additions of Luke Ridnour, Ben Gordon, Channing Frye, Evan Fournier, and Willie Green. They also acquired Aaron Gordon and Elfrid Payton during this year’s draft.

Siva was the 26th overall pick in 2013 and averaged 2.2 points and 1.4 assists per game during his rookie season. He totaled 24 games all season long, receiving 9.3 minutes of action per game.
