After not seeing a minute of action in Team USA's 95-78 win vs. Brazil Saturday night in Chicago, compiled with the emergence of Mason Plumlee, it appears Andre Drummond will be cut from the team that will represent the United States at the 2014 FIBA World Cup.

Mason Plumlee, a late addition to the team, is playing well and Anthony Davis and DaMarcus Cousins are nearly a lock to make the team. That leaves the 21-year old Drummond as the odd man out.

The team, which is currently holding 15 players, will select twelve of the 15 players to compete in the FIBA World Cup before August 30 when the team travels to Spain -- the tournament's host country.

According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Drummond is the 15th man on the roster, which nearly guarantees a cut.

Drummond, who rose to soaring heights last season with the Detroit Pistons, will have a few more chances to make a mark on Team USA's head coach Mike Krzyzewski. The team will have an open scrimmage on Monday and plays two games in New York on August 20 and 22.

Drummond, who stands 6'11" and weighs around 280 pounds, averaged 13.5 points and 13.2 rebounds last season for the Pistons.

Gordan Hayward and DeMar DeRozan, like Drummond, also didn't play in Team USA's win over Brazil and are also predicted to be cut.
