Chris Bosh scored 21 points and added six rebounds to lead the Miami Heat overcome a Grizzlies scare 104-98 on Friday night in the preseason finale for both teams.

Dwyane Wade started like a house on fire, scoring all of his 16 points in the first half. Miami was in full command of the game after they cruised to a 54-49 lead at halftime. After padding their lead to as much as 12 in the third, the Heat continued their sizzling assault to take a commanding 13 point lead at the end of the third. Miami hit 54 percent of their shots compared to the Grizzlies 43 percent. 

Chris Bosh propelled the offense in the fourth to stretch the lead to 17 with ten minutes to play. Memphis went on to score string of baskets capped off by Jon Leuer jumper to cut the deficit to three, with under five minutes left. Andrew Dawkins and James Ennis went on to score the next ten points for Miami to seal a 104-98 victory. Jon Leuer lead the Grizzlies with 21 points and seven rebounds. Vince Carter added with 13 points and five rebounds. Miami improved to 4-4 while Memphis dropped to 3-5.
