The Timberwolves travel to Dallas for the first time this season, looking to bounce back from a crushing 139-91 defeat last night in New Orleans, but the momentum would seem to be tilting towards Dallas for this Saturday evening's matchup.

On Thursday night, Dallas beat Philadelphia 123-70, the largest margin of victory for Dallas since 2010, while Minnesota lost big to New Orleans last night. "I am at a loss for words," Timberwolves guard Kevin Martin said after Friday night's game. "Being a competitor, you don't wish nights like this on anyone. We just have to stick together, get through this storm."

"I've been in the league 17 years and I've never seen anyone shoot like that," Minnesota coach Flip Saunders said. "I could have put five chairs out on the court and they wouldn't have shot that well."

The Timberwolves will be shorthanded yet again with Ricky Rubio still out with an ankle injury, and Thaddeus Young is out at least another game after the death of his mother. The rest of the Timberwolves will need to step it up tonight to avoid another blowout.

The probable starters for Minnesota are Andrew Wiggins, Gorgui Dieng, Nikola Pekovic, Kevin Martin, and Zach LaVine.

The probable starters for Dallas are Chandler Parsons, Dirk Nowitzki, Tyson Chandler, Monta Ellis, and Jameer Nelson.

Tip-off is at 7:30 CST, and the game will be broadcast on Fox Sports North, and Fox Sports Southwest.

PREDICTION: Dallas easily wins 108-85
