The Toronto Raptors win on the road against the Cavaliers, 110-93. The Toronto Raptors have been off to an 11-2 start this year which is the best in the Eastern Conference. For the Raptors, Lou Williams led the way with a career-high 36 points on 9-of-19 from the field and 15-of-15 from the costless throw line. This was the biggest scoring game he has ever had in his nine-year career, and it really helped his team win tonight.

Kyle Lowery had 23 points and eight assists and made 11-of-12 from the costless throw line. DeMar DeRozen had 20 points, five rebounds, and three assists. The Toronto Raptors were down 26-8, but they made a roaring comeback later in the first half and ended up with a two-point lead at halftime.

The Raptors outscored the Cavaliers 35 to 20 in the second quarter and outscored them again in the third quarter, 29-17. The Raptors started to show much more intensity and energy as the game went on. The Raptors have been off to a great start this season and could be a dangerous team in the Eastern Conference.

For the Cleveland Cavaliers, Kevin Love led the way this game with 23 points on 8-of-16 from the field to go along with seven rebounds. Kyrie Irving had 21 points on 7-of-14 from the field to go along with six assists, while LeBron James had just 15 points on 6-of-12 from the field but added 10 assists.

LeBron James was passive tonight, especially when the Raptors started to run away with this game in the second half. Anderson Varejao had a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. The Cavaliers only held the Raptors to 40 percent shooting from the field. The Cavaliers even took one more shot attempt than the Raptors did this game and shot 43 percent from the field which was a better percentage than the Raptors, but the biggest difference was at the costless throw line, where the Raptors were a plus-18. The Cavaliers also only made 3 three-pointers this game, and the Raptors made eight.

The Cavaliers are now off to only a 5-7 start this season. They are now on a four-game losing streak, in which three of them were at home. The Cavaliers have not played good defense so far this year and have had inconsistent offensive games. For the Cavs to have a real good season, they are going to have to step it up on defense and also need to jell and figure out their offense soon. Cleveland does have a four-game home stand, and three of the four teams they will face are under .500, so they need to take advantage.
