The Toronto Raptors head out on the road to the Palace of Auburn Hills for their fourth and final meeting of the season with the Detroit Pistons as they look to clinch their second straight playoff berth with a win tonight.

Toronto will look to end the season series with the Pistons with a "BANG" as they lead the series 2-1 with wins in late December and January. The Raptors have lost eight out of their last 10 on the road but have held the Pistons to 96.3 points on 42.1 percent shooting in their three-game winning streak at the Palace. Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan has definitely enjoyed facing the Pistons. He scored 25 points in a 114-110 victory on January 25 in his only matchup this season against the Pistons, missing the first matchup with a groin injury that kept him sidelined for over a month. He's totaled 51 points and shot 20 of 39 in his last two at Detroit.

The Pistons have won consecutive games heading into tonight's matchup and three of their last four games after losing 10 straight as they sit 12th in the Eastern Conference with a 26-44 record. The Pistons are looking to pull a miracle out of their hats, sitting five games back from the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference. It won't be easy for them as they have the likes of the Brooklyn Nets, Charlotte Hornets, and the Indiana Pacers (who should be expecting Paul George back this week) all chasing the final eighth spot which is currently held by the Boston Celtics.

The Pistons will need Greg Monroe healthy tonight if they look to even the season series with the Raptors as he has missed the last four games with a right knee strain, but he is listed as out for tonight. Monroe has played exceptionally well against the Raptors, averaging 20.0 points and 11.0 rebounds this season against the club.

The Toronto Raptors take on the Detroit Pistons for their final meeting of the season at 7:30 Eastern Time, as both teams are in urgent need for a win.

Notes:

Raptors: Kyle Lowry - back spasms (questionable), Lucas Nogueira - assignment with NBA Development League

Pistons: Shawne Williams - illness (questionable), Greg Monroe - right knee strain (out), Brandon Jennings - ruptured left Achilles tendon (out)
