The Warriors clinch their first division title since 1976 Tuesday night in their win over the Portland Trail Blazers. The Warriors gathered in the locker room after the game and got to celebrate a little bit as this is one huge accomplishment in efforts to an even bigger accomplishment being the championship.

"We might be a little subdued, but I think everybody is proud of what we've done. We still have 11 games left to keep getting better so I think everybody is focused on that," Stephen Curry said. "But I think everybody is pretty happy right now."

Leading scorers for the Warriors were Steph Curry with 33 points and 10 assists, and Andre Iguodala with 21 points, 4 assists, and 4 rebounds. The Trail Blazers had a balanced effort in the loss. Lillard had 29 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. C.J. McCollum also contributed 23 points on 9-18 from the field.

"Golden State is a terrific team," Blazers coach Terry Stotts said. "They're solid on both ends of the court, and they showed that. They were very good all night. They passed the ball well -- they had 30 assists after three quarters and 37 for the game. They kind of put on a clinic as far as how to share the ball."

The Warriors have been playing incredible and towards the end of the season now, a deep run in the playoffs looks very do-able and should be expected by the team and fans. This team has the make to dominate in the playoffs because they aren't just a 3-point shooting team. Yes, they can dominate you behind the arc, but their motion offense is about getting players open for shots and open looks. Even if you're cold, getting open looks more often then not results in a make. This team is also stellar defensively. They didn't handle Portland in the best way but they have some great defensive efficiency numbers for the season.

"We're very comfortable with how we're going to get shots every single night," coach Steve Kerr said. "Then it's just about executing and not turning the ball over, staying aggressive and making the smart plays."

The Warriors will play Memphis on Friday on the road.
