Cleveland dominated the Grizzlies, and they completely took over this game in the second half as they got everything they wanted. This was a big win for the Cavs on the road against the second best team in the West in the Memphis Grizzlies. They have now won eight of their last nine games. What a second half of the season it has been for the Cavaliers, and they have really shown they can be a championship contender. They have especially had a lot of big wins against really good teams such as the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Chicago Bulls, San Antonio Spurs, Washington Wizards, Dallas Mavericks, and Memphis Grizzlies.

For the Grizzlies, Marc Gasol put in 18 points, grabbed three rebounds, and blocked two shots. Mike Conley put up 10 points and gave out five assists. Benu Udrih added 15 points off the bench. This was the worst home loss for the Grizzlies all season, losing by 22 points. The Grizzlies are one of the best defensive teams in the NBA, but tonight they allowed the Cavaliers to score 111 points on 51 percent from the field.

That is not how the second best team in the West normally plays. The Grizzlies on offense only scored 89 points on 43.5 percent shooting from the field and were only 23.5 percent on 4 of 17 from three-point distance. The Grizzlies have, of course, secured a playoff spot, but the Houston Rockets are in the mix and are only 1.5 games behind them.
