David Aldridge of nba.com has reported that the Utah Jazz and F Trey Lyles have come to an agreement of $10.4 M over 4 years.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that Lyles arrived in Salt Lake City early Tuesday morning and is going through the physical process at the University of Utah.

Trey Lyles missed the Jazz's first summer league game yesterday night and has also missed three practices. It is still very unknown whether Lyles will get playing time in the Utah Jazz Summer League, but it looks very likely that he will participate in the Las Vegas Summer league, which runs from July 10 to July 20.

Best case scenario for the Jazz and for Lyles is that Lyles gets on the court tonight. Although it is doubtful, it is still a possibility that is hanging in the air. Fans should expect him to play sometime during the summer leagues, before training camp starts.

The Jazz drafted Lyles with the 12th overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft and would like to get him on the floor as soon as possible. Utah Jazz general manager, Dennis Lindsey, said the main reason why Lyles hasn't yet signed is due to the front office.

The Jazz wanted to keep Lyles' cap as low as possible to save approximately $375,000 in cap space, the Tribune reports. The smaller details are still being worked out between the Jazz and Lyles' camp.

An NBA source also told the Salt Lake Tribune that the Jazz were exploring free agents sign-and-trades using Lyles' contract.

Lots of fans are very interested to see what Lyles can do on the court. He played out of position at small forward in his one year at Kentucky. People are very intrigued of what he is capable of doing at his natural position, power forward.
