The Pennsylvania Quakers welcomed the Yale Bulldogs to the Palestra hoping to pull a upset and knock the Bullldogs out of a tie for first place in the Ivy League.

Makai Mason, Jack Montague, and Javier Duren were determined to not let that happen as all of them scored in double digits to lead Yale to the easy victory that keeps them in a tie for first place in the Ivy League.

Yale led 38-25 at halftime and never looked back as they cruised to victory. The win keeps Yale (6-1) tied with Harvard for first place in the Ivy League, a league where the regular season champion gets the automatic bid into the NCAA tournament, making this game even more important.

Penn was led by Tony Hicks, who scored 12 points and got five rebounds. He was the only Quaker to score in double digits. Sam Jones narrowly missed hitting double digits, scoring 9 points on three rebounds.

With less than a month left in the regular season, it looks like it's a two horse race, as Yale and Harvard are tied at the top of the standings. Cornell is in third, and looks to be the only other team with a shot to win the conference.
