The NFL announced Wednesday afternoon that the 2015 Pro Bowl will be held in Arizona, the same place as Super Bowl XLIX.

The game is scheduled to be played Sunday, January 25, 2015 at University of Phoenix Stadium. Football fans can look the game on ESPN at 8 p.m. ET.  This will only be a one-year deal before moving back to Hawaii in 2016.

While Arizona may not be as exciting as Hawaii, it still provides warm weather and many attractions. It makes a lot of sense to have the Pro Bowl and Super Bowl in the same place. Having the Pro Bowl in more of a "local" destination makes it possible for more football fans to attend the Pro Bowl.

After changing the format of the Pro Bowl last year, the 2014 Pro Bowl drew in 11.4 million viewers, making it the most popular all-star game in sports.
