Percentages taken from NFL.com:

Chargers RB Donald Brown (2.0% owned) – Ryan Mathews is believed to have suffered a sprained MCL Sunday vs. Seattle. People may think that RB Danny Woodhead is in line for a lot more touches but that may not be the case. He will continue to be the pass catching 3rd-down back. The reason the Chargers signed Brown in the off-season was to give them insurance for this exact scenario. If you are one of the unlucky 0-2 owners in your fantasy league, pick Brown up.

Chiefs RB Knile Davis (1.5% Owned) – Jamaal Charles was diagnosed with a high ankle sprain Monday. He isn't expected to miss a lot of time but this is a naggin injuruy that could effect his level of play for the remainder of the season, just ask Bill's fans about how C.J. Spiller performed after he suffered a high ankle sprain last season. Knile Davis proved he can carry a full load against the Denver Broncos and should be given the opportunity to start at least at flex in all formats next week, barring a miraculous Charles recovery.

Redskins QB Kirk Cousins (0.4% owned) – The RG3 train left the station a long time ago, as a member of the must sit list for 2-straight weeks Griffin put another notch in his draft bust belt by dislocating his ankle Sunday. Since week 6 of his rookie season RGIII has just 1 rushing touchdown. Cousins looked good against the Jaguars completing 22 0f 33 passes for 250 yards and 2 TDs. He needs to be stashed by anyone with QB issues; we’re talking to you RGIII and Tony Romo owners.

Chargers TE Antonio Gates (52.1% owned) – Gates made the list last week after his decent performance against the Cardinals. He makes the list again because he is still just over 50% owned. Up against the defending champion Seahawks he hauled in 3 Touchdowns. The Philip Rivers – Antonio Gates connection is like a fine wine, just gets better with age.

Ravens WR Steve Smith Sr. (45.5% owned) – On Thursday Smith Sr. proved age is just a number as he once again lead The Ravens in targets (10) and receiving yards (71). He looks like the real #1 WR in the offense while WR Torrey Smith continues to provide owners with a re-enactment of the 2000 hit movie Hollow Man.

Bengals WR Mohamed Sanu (0.8% owned) – A.J. Green was diagnosed with turf toe Sunday meaning he could be playing at less than 100% for the foreseeable future. Sanu showed he could make plays with his deep touchdown vs. Atlanta. As long as Marvin Jones remains out of the lineup Sanu is worth grabbing.

Browns WR Miles Austin (4.6% owned) – With Josh Gordon out for what is expected to be 10 weeks, it looks like Austin could be getting his fair share of targets. Brian Hoyer targeted the former Cowboy 10 times Sunday (6 Rec  |  44 Yards  |  1 TD). Austin’s role in the Browns offense will continue to grow moving forward. If you have room on your bench take a chance on Austin.

Giants TE Larry Donnell (3.8% owned) – Eli Manning has a lot of trust in second year tight-end Larry Donnell. He was targeted 9 times, hauled in 7 catches for 81 yards Sunday vs. Arizona. The Giants seem to be missing the big-bodied Hakeem Nicks in their offense and Eli seems to be targeting Donnell as his new safety blanket.

Raiders WR James Jones (24.3% owned) – For the second straight week Jones caught a TD in the final minutes of the game. Against the Texans though, Derek Carr proved Jones will be a big part of the offense.  The rookie QB targeted Jones 14 times for 112 yards plus the touchdown. If there is any Raider to own…not that there is, he’s the one.

Rams WR Brian Quick (0.8% owned) – Once again Brian Quick was playing with a third string QB, and once again he was targeted 9 times. He has yet to hit the end zone but back-to-back 7 reception games cannot be overlooked, especially in PPR formats. He may not have the greatest QB but anyone who is this big a part of their team's game plan cannot be a costless-agent.
