The Dallas Cowboys have two key players, Dez Bryant and Rolando McClain, that are dealing with injuries heading into their week 3 matchup against the St. Louis Rams.

Dez Bryant is listed as questionable on the Cowboys' injury report and has vowed to play on Sunday. Bryant injured his right should in the first quarter against the Tennessee Titans but still managed to catch 10 passes for 103 yards receiving and a touchdown.

Bryant has been one of the most durable Cowboys over his career as he's played in 42 straight games. It seems highly unlikely that Bryant will miss Sunday's game against the Titans but it'll be interesting to see if his shoulder limits him by any means.

On the defensive side of the ball it seems as if the Cowboys will be without middle linebacker Rolando McClain, who has by far shown to be their most valuable defensive player.

McClain suffered a groin injury in week 2 that has kept out of practice all week long and has been deemed as doubtful for this Sunday.

"You’ll miss him," Jones said on 105.3 The Fan in Dallas. "On the other hand, I think you could expect him probably not to play, but he won’t tell you that. We’re not for sure when he had this injury. He might have had it early in the game. You listen to him, he wants to play and thinks he might play. But we have him as doubtful, of course."

"It's not my decision," McClain said. "It's coach's decision. I'll just do whatever he'll ask me to do and we'll go from there."

McClain leads the Cowboys in tackles and made a key interception last week that helped seal the win over the Titans. He has proven to be everything a former top 10 draft pick is expected to be.

McClain has helped anchor a defensive unit that many analysts were already proclaiming to be the NFL's worst defense.

Rookie Anthony Hitchens is expected to start at middle linebacker.
