Even though the regular season officially ended yesterday with a loss on the road against the Houston Texans, the Jacksonville Jaguars already have a huge concerns going into the 2015 campaign.

Per several sources, star DT Sen’Derrick Marks tore his ACL on Sunday’s game against the Texans and he will be out of the field for several months. The 27-year-old was taken off in the first half of the game and he managed to make his way to the locker room so the injury wasn’t expected to be too severe. However, once the scan results arrived, it was confirmed that the injury was quite serious.

It’s uncertain if Marks will be able to be ready for the start of next season but even if he’s is ready, him not being fully fit will be a huge loss for Jacksonville since he was the team’s best defensive tackle and one of the few legitimate playmakers on the defensive side of the ball. Marks even got some Pro Bowl love but he was eventually left off the final rosters.

Marks had the best season of his career in 2014, recording 44 tackles, three defended passes and 8.5 sacks while playing all 16 games of the campaign.
