The Pittsburgh Steelers will travel to San Diego on Monday night, looking to get their record back above .500. Some things will play into the hands of the Steelers in the game against the Chargers. Other things, the Steelers will really have to work for if they want to stay out of the basement of the AFC North.

Offensively, the Steelers were supposed to get their second year, freak of nature wide receiver Martavius Bryant back from suspension. Unfortunately, Bryant will not be playing in the game because of a leg injury.

Still, the offense has a good chance to succeed against the Chargers. First, there is the stud Le'Veon Bell. The Chargers run defense has been pitiful this year and the Steelers offensive line has been above average. And obviously, Le'Veon Bell is a far above average running back. He should have no trouble running all over the Chargers defense. DeAngelo Williams could get some touches, too, and maybe he will return to his week 1 and week 2 form.

Mike Vick looked like an average quarterback against the Baltimore Ravens. Fortunately for him, the Chargers secondary is a little banged up. Still, Eric Weddle is a stud of a safety. So, when the Steelers pound the ball, Weddle will probably get closer to the line of scrimmage. That's when Vick will get to showcase his rocket arm and hit someone over the top of the defense. Until Weddle moves up though, expect Vick to look like a game managing type of quarterback.

Defensively, things could really go either way for the Steelers. The Chargers could play without three of their usual five starting linemen. That would allow the Steelers front seven, who was fourth in the league in sacks through the first four weeks of the season, to put some pressure on Phillip Rivers. It really stinks that Ryan Shazier can't play because of his shoulder injury, Still, look for Stephon Tuitt and Cameron Heyward to get in Rivers' face, and maybe force him to make some mistakes.

If Rivers does not get pressured, he will throw all over the Steelers secondary. With Keenan Allen, Danny Woddhead, Ladarius Green, and fresh off his suspension Antonio Gates at his disposal, Rivers could likely continue the great season he has had so far. That's why it will be essential for the front seven to get through the line and maybe sack Rivers a few times early in the game. If the defensive line sets the tone, the secondary could feed off of that energy and have one of their better games of the season.

This game is a tough one to predict. If the Chargers offensive line is missing three starters, the Steelers will probably win the game. On the other hand, if the Chargers are healthy in the secondary and the offensive line, they could beat the Steelers. No matter which way it goes, the game should be a close and exciting one.
