The Florida Panthers look to extend their points streak to eight games tonight as they make their first visit to the "City of Brotherly Love" tonight at 7:00 PM EST. Tuesday night's game was hard fought and tight checking. After Brad Marchand's overtime goal that ended the game, the locker room was still positive.

"It's a tough building to play in. We battled hard again," Said goaltender Roberto Luongo. "We were very disciplined. We didn't take any penalties tonight, which was really good. It came down to overtime. Their guy made a hell of a play on the goal. Maybe I was a little too deep, but hell of a play and hell of a shot there. It's a good point for us, but obviously we want more than that."

The Panthers are back at it tonight with a chance to get what they want, as they are up against the Philadelphia Flyers, who they beat last Saturday night, where Luongo's 36 saves and Aaron Ekblad's first National Hockey League goal would hold up to be the game winner in 2-1 victory at the BB&T Center.

Some notes for tonight:

The Flyers beat the Edminton Oilers on Tuesday night 4-1, a game where Steve Mason earned his first win of the season. However, they lost winger Michael Raffl, who was playing on their top line, to a broken foot after blocking a shot. According to Flyers General Manager Ron Hextall, he will be out of commission for six weeks.

Coach Craig Berube will be putting Chris VandeVelde on the top line with Claude Giroux and Jakub Voracek for the game versus Florida.

The Panthers will still be missing winger Jonathan Huberdeau due to illness and Sean Bergenheim due to injury, but top line center Aleksander Barkov is scheduled to play tonight.

That means lineup changes, according to Panthers beat writer George Richards, Barkov will skate on a line with Brad Boyes and Jussi Jokinen. Jokinen scored his first goal as a member of the Panthers on Tuesday, assisted by Boyes.

Rocco Grimaldi and Vincent Trocheck will remain together, but they will have a new winger on the left side, as Tomas Fleischmann replaces defenseman Colby Robak in the group.

Robak was skating with the defensemen this morning, but it is unknown whether or not he will be in the lineup.

The projected goaltending matchup should be a rematch from Saturday night between Roberto Luongo and Steve Mason.
