It was a shocking victory for the Chicago Fire last week. At the bottom of the table, the Fire were not suppose to beat the Red Bulls. They weren't suppose to beat a team that is second in the Eastern Conference table.

But behind a brace by Kennedy Igboananike, the Chicago Fire were able to pull off a 3-2 victory and put themselves right back into playoff position. With a victory over Orlando City, Chicago would move up four spots and find themselves in a battle for the final playoff spot in the East.

Although Montreal has games in hand over Chicago, it is important that they keep pace above the other teams in the bottom of the Eastern Conference. This almost seems like a must win for the Fire.

Look for the likes of David Accam, Igboananike, and Patrick Nyarko to have another solid performance on the attack. Harry Shipp started on the bench and will likely be back in the starting lineup to make up for the midfield loss of Shaun Maloney. Maloney has agreed to terms with English Championship team Hull City and his presence will be missed in the midfield and penalties as he was the main penalty taker for Chicago.

It seems like a must win for Orlando City as well, as they have not won in four straight games. They recently lost 5-0 to Toronto FC and 4-0 to Seattle, slipping down in the standings. For Kaka and his teammates, if they want to climb back in the playoff race, they have to stop the winless streak.

Orlando's defense has to get better. It's that simple. Giving up nine goals in two games is not a good stat to have and Orlando will look to contain a Chicago offense that has started to pick up as of late. Chicago has had 48 shots in the past three games and will look to put a number of shots on the Orlando City goal.

The last time these two teams played, it was in the US Open Cup quarterfinals and it was a 2-1 victory for the Fire. The Fire defense played outstanding as they only allowed one shot on goal for Orlando City. The Orlando City offense will have to do a better job of generating offense as one shot on goal won't win you many games in the MLS.

It is an important game for both teams as they look to steal that last playoff spot from Montreal. Chicago needs a win to get into the race while a loss wouldn't plague Orlando City all that much further. They would still be in the race for the last playoff spot. But Orlando would prefer going into the 6th spot rather than keeping their position.

It will be a tough matchup between two teams desperate to keep in the playoff race.
