Braun Strowman has dominated since arriving on the scene in the WWE, he has been the muscle for the Wyatt Family and the 'black sheep' has been pushed as a monster heel, tearing down the likes of Kane and the Big Show.

Following a strong showing at this years Royal Rumble, rumors began to circulate on the internet about what WWE had planned for him at this years WrestleMania, and those reports suggested that he would meet the Undertaker, in what would be one of the main matches on the card.

Due to fan backlash, it appears that those plans have been scrapped, as the WWE Universe have yet to be convinced that Strowman has what it takes to cut it in the WWE, with fans being less than impressed with his in-ring ability so far. But WWE are apparently limiting his wrestling time, so that the big man can show off his full potential on the big stage, an idea which clearly isn't working as fans have forced them to scrap their original 'Mania plans.

However, even though Vince McMahon and the creative team may have decided that Strowman perhaps, isn't the best candidate to face the Deadman, that doesn't mean they have given up on their idea to give him a push, in fact it's quite the opposite, as they are now planning a  huge push for post WrestleMania.

New Plans

Instead, the WWE are now planning on having Strowman compete in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and not just compete, but win the entire match, making him the third man in history to capture the prize, joining Cesaro and Big Show.

Having him win the match would continue to push him as a dorce to be reckoned with in the WWE, beating 29 other men to win, using his size and strength to his advantage. It would also help the Wyatt Family's position, as it would make the entire group look stronger, as the main problem with the stable is that they are entertaining and dominant, but always wind up losing their feuds.

The aim for the WWE is to have Strowman win the match, so he gets a WrestleMania moment, as was the original plan, and then his push will take place coming off the big win. WWE is hoping to have him be one of the company's major heels on the road to Summerslam, and plans for him to face both Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar are being discussed.

Of course, anything can happen in the WWE and plans can change in an instant, but Strowman is currently one of McMahons major 'pet projects,' therefore the rumors are likely to be true, and he has been booked strong and protected during the early goings of his career, so it looks like he is going to get his opportunity to make his mark, starting at the grandest stage of the all.
