The King and Booker T will host the award segments, with Michael Cole and JBL providing commentary. Should be a fun night.

Singles Match: Daniel Bryan vs. Fandango w/Summer Rae-

First I have to say man, Fandango has style. That purple shirt is hot… like fire… flaming even. Enough about Fandango and his wardrobe, Bryan has the crowd in his hands. I have never heard a hometown pop like this before. Bryan spends most of the match stretching the hell out of Fandango; armlocks, headlocks, and so forth. Bryan heads up top and dives off with a missile drop, but Fandango managed to catch him mid-air and powerbomb him to the mat with authority. After a short commercial break, Bryan is back to kicking the crap out of Fandango. Bryan gets the win after the Busaiku knee.

Daniel Bryan defeated Fandango via pin fall.

After the match, Bray Wyatt asks Bryan to except his marriage purposa… err I mean ask Bryan to join the Wyatt family again. I am enjoying this angle. Who knew the cast of Duck Dynasty were such tough recruiters.

Booker and King are out for the first Slammy award. They call out the New Age Outlaws to present the “Laugh Out Loud Award”. The Outlaws are rocking the Dumb and Dumber powder blue and bright orange tuxedos. Well played sirs… well played. Not shockingly, the Rock serenading Vickie Guerrero during the last Rock Concert took home the award. I have to tell you, the Rock annoys me, but that was pretty damn funny. Click here to see the hilarity.

Singles Match: Santino Marrella vs. Damien Sandow-

Big E. Langston is out for commentary. He will face Sandow for the IC title at the TLC ppv. Langston seems a bit wooden on the mic. I remember him being a bit looser. Oh well, oh and if you were wondering, Sandow took care of Santino with the “You’re Welcome”.

Damien Sandow defeated Santino Marrella via pin fall.

The Shield are the next presenters. They are decked out in all black tuxedos. Sharp. Ambrose cuts off Reigns as he is speaking. They are making this Shield break up a bit too obvious. In a hilarious bit of foreshadowing, they are presenting the “Double Cross of the Year award”. Shawn Michaels costing Daniel Bryan the WWE title took home the trophy. Shawn Michaels comes out and gets greeted with a “you sold out” chant. HBK tells the fans, “I sold out a long time ago, that’s why I am still here!” So far HBK gets the award for joke of the night.

Singles Match: Kofi Kingston vs. The MIz-

These two have been going back in forth for a few weeks now. Hopefully this somehow ends with both of them being heels. Kingston is all over Miz. Kingston almost hits “Trouble in Paradise” but the Miz ducks and tries to take a powder. Kingston drags him back to the ring. Miz trips Kingston into the turnbuckle and rolls him up (with a hand full of tights) for the win.

The Miz defeated Kofi Kingston via pin fall.

After the match the Miz celebrated… and then got kicked in the head by Kingston.

Eve Torres is here to present Diva of the year. I am going on record now: if AJ doesn’t win this award, it loses all credibil... ok, I can’t even finish that statement. The Bella Twins win. I don’t get it, but hey, whatever. The crowd is not happy. I was praying for Kanye West to come up on the stage and tell the Bellas they had a good year, but AJ Lee had the greatest year ever!

Eight Man Tag Match: Rey Mysterio, The Rhodes Dynasty and the Big Show vs. The Real Americans, Ryback, and Curtis Axel w/ Zeb Colter-

There is a whole lot going on in this match. They are really pushing this Rybaxel tag team. I guess they both need to do something so why not put them in a tag team. Teddy Long must booking now. I can’t help but think the whole point of this match is so we can see Cesaro lock Show into the big swing. Ok, I was wrong (sad face), Rey got the win after the 619.

The Good guys beat the Bad guys.

The next award is Superstar of the year. Shawn Michaels will be presenting. How awkward would it be for Daniel Bryan to win this award? Never mind the fact that he deserves it. The crowds overwhelming YES! chants says they must agree with me. Random: why is Brock Lesnar nominated for this award? Someone in the comments section please help me figure that one out. And the winner is… Daniel Bryan! HBK’s face says it all. Yeah… that awkward moment when you have to give an award to someone you screwed.

Singles Match: (fake) Sin Cara vs. Alberto Del Rio-

Maybe they should just put “Fin” Cara and Del Rio in a tag team. That way, we can not care about them both simultaneously! JBL mentions the fact that Cara and Del Rio have always hated each other, which is actually true. It goes back to their Lucha days. Cara gets the win after a swanton bomb.

Sin Cara defeated Alberto Del Rio via pin fall.

So does this mean the WWE brass has officially given up on Del Rio?

The Prime Time Players are up next to present the fan participation award. It’s a travesty that the Players “Millions of Dollars” chant isn’t nominated. As predicted, Daniel Bryan’s YES! Chant wins.

Singles Match: Brodus Clay w/his Funky Bunch (what? I didn’t feel like typing all those names… in retrospect, typing everything I am right now, is pretty much the same thing but still) vs. Xavier Woods-

Woods knocked off Clay last week. Clay knocked off Woods in less than a minute.

Brodus Clay defeated Xavier Woods.

After the match Clay attacks Woods. Heel turn? Why not.

The Miz is out to present insult of the year. Stephanie McMahon wins for berating Big Show in the ring, a moment that for some reason I thought was sexy as hell. What can I say, I like a strong woman.

Singles Match: CM Punk vs. United States Champion Dean Ambrose-

I forgot Ambrose was U.S. Champ. When is the last time he defended the title? Random thought: Reigns beats Ambrose for the U.S. title within the next three months. Punk dived off the top but got caught in a gut buster by Ambrose. Great back and forth match. Ambrose throws Punk to the outside. Reigns and Rollins just stare at him. Ambrose rolls out of the ring and yells at them both because they didn’t attack him. Ambrose gets back in the ring and gets put to sleep.

CM Punk defeated Dean Ambrose via pin fall.

After the match, Reigns Gores Punk out of his boots.

The next Slammy is for the “Extreme Moment of the Year”. Mick Foley is out to present. Gotta tell you, a PG show = lame extreme moments. CM Punk beating the crap out of Paul Heyman on the top of the hell in a cell wins.

Tag Team Match: The Usos vs. The Wyatt Family-

Why haven’t the Usos won the tag team titles yet?. The Wyatt Family gets the win after a lariat from Eric Rowan.

The Wyatt Family defeated The Usos via pin fall.

The next Slammy is for “Match of the Year”. Presented by Bret “The Hitman” Hart. It’s always great seeing the Hitman. The Rock vs. John Cena for the WWE title at Wrestlemania took home the statue. I am not shocked. I personally have never seen the match. In a futile attempt at protest, I boycotted last year’s WrestleMania. Why? Because of this match. True story.

Divas match: Natalya vs. Tamina w/Divas champ AJ Lee-

In a surprisingly quick match, Natty wins via the sharpshooter.

Natalya defeated Tamina via submission.

WWE/World Tile “Ascension” Ceremony-

HHH and Stephanie are in the ring. They have 23 former World and WWE champions standing in the ring. Nice touch. The look on CM Punks face as HHH talks is hilarious. A massive Daniel Bryan chant breaks out. HHH tries to talk over it, but they are in Seattle, and the 12 man will have none of it. Mark Henry raises Bryan’s hand and the chants get even louder. HHH calls out Cena and Orton. They suspend both titles above the ring to signify the joining of the belts. Cena spouts his normal blah, blah, the same with Orton. Interesting back and forth. Cena bring Daniel Bryan to the middle of the ring. The crowd goes nuts (shocking right?) Cena asks Bryan a bunch of questions. He asks if either of Bryan’s parents were WWE superstars. Bryans says no. Cena goes on to say the reason the WWE universe cheers Bryan is because he worked for everything he has. Orton, on the other hand, has been handed everything he has. All Orton has ever done is hide behind HHH.

Cena tells Bryan he gets a title shot when Cena wins Sunday. Cena reaches his hand to Orton and tells him he better be at his best on Sunday, because if he isn’t, no one wants to hear another Randy Orton excuse. Orton attacks Cena. The former champions in the ring pull them apart. Punk tries to calm down Orton. Orton mushes him and Punk goes nuts and attacks Orton. HHH grabs Punk and throws him to the ground. Punk gets up and decks HHH. HBK hits Sweet Chin music on Punk. HBK turns around and get hit with the Busaiku knee by Bryan. Orton tries to RKO Bryan, but Bryan pushes Orton off and he runs over Stephanie McMahon! HHH checks on his wife. Orton walks over and HHH Pedigrees the crap out of him. Great way to end RAW and lead to the ppv.
