Promotion hopefuls Brentford will be going all out to stay in the top six, when they face 15th placed Cardiff City.

The hosts will be looking to carry on their good home form, winning the last three and scoring at least three times in each.

Brentford manager Mark Warburton has no new injury or suspension worries. Midfielder Alan Judge (knee) is back in contention otherwise boss Warburton could name an unchanged side.

Cardiff skipper Aaron Gunnarsson is a doubt and Joe Ralls who is pushing for a recall to the side could come into deputise. Goalkeeper David Marshall could return after a groin problem, while Alex Revell is pushing for a start after a disappointing start to life at Cardiff.

The Bluebirds boss, Russell Slade knows his side face a very tough test. Slade talking to the official club website said:  “Probably at home, Brentford have played with even more freedom than they do away from home, If they’re going to get one of those play-off slots, then they’ve got to go and win games.

Slade went on to add: “I think it could be a very open game on Saturday. They’ve got threats, whether or not they go with Alex Pritchard, who I know an awful lot about. Quite a few of their players were with them in League 1, while Andre Gray is a threat up front having come in; Jonny Douglas is still getting forward, and is a big part of what they do.

Slade, who moved from Leyton Orient to takeover at City, knows his side have to keep improving their away form: “Our away record has been poor, but it’s starting to gradually improve now. We’ve not backed up those two away wins with a victory at home, which would have changed things dramatically for us." He said.

The visitors have only won once in their last six, and with Brentford full of confidence chasing the play-off places, it's set to be a tough ask for the Welsh side.

Brentford won the reverse fixture 3-2 back in December.

Possible line-ups:

Brentford: Button, Odubajo, Tarkowksi, Moore, Bidwell, Diagouraga, Douglas, Jota, Pritchard, Dallas, Long
