Bournemouth host mid-table Sheffield Wednesday in the hope of grabbing the first of three wins they need to guarantee the Championship title.

Eddie Howe sits on the verge of history by getting Bournemouth into the top flight of English football for the first time in their history. If they do what they've done in their last three games in their next three by winning then they will be lifting the Championship trophy at the start of May.

With two of their last three fixtures at the Goldsands Stadium the Seasiders have to fancy their chances of making history. A lot of neutrals would be happy to see them up there due to the fairytale it would be and the style of football Howe has implimented down on the South Coast.

Stuart Gray's Sheffield Wednesday meanwhile have had the ultimate avergae season with them sitting in 11th place on 58 points with 9th the highest position they can finish and 14th the lowest realistically. After a really goood first couple of months they tailed off massively in mid-season.

Their last six games sums up their campaign brilliantly with a run of results going loss, win, draw, loss, draw and most recently a win 1-0 against playoff chasing Brentford. They'll look to make a name for themselves though by perhaps breaking Bournemouth hearts.

Sheffield Wednesday still have the same long-term injury problems including to captain Glen Loovens but they picked up no new concerns after the Brentford result.
