Dame N'Doye is set to leave Hull City just six months after joining, with Turkish side Besiktas in the process of purchasing the striker.

A poor six months

Signed from Lokomotiv Moscow on January's transfer deadline day in a bid to save the club from relegation, N'Doye flattered to decieve during his short stay in the Premier League, managing just five goals in 15 league appearances.

Matchwinning goals against the likes of Aston Villa just weren't enough to keep the Tigers up, and they were relegated come the end of the season.

Deal agreed

Now getting used to life in the Championship, Steve Bruce's side need to drastically lower their wage bill to comply with financial regualations, meanng there is no longer a place for N'Doye and his £60,000 per week pay packet.

Offloading him hasn't been an easy task, but it appears that they have now found suitors for the striker after Besiktas had a bid in the region of £2million accepted, and the player is now expected to fly out to Turkey in the coming days.

It's a loss on the original £3.5million that Hull paid for him, but does free up some funds as they look for cheaper alternatives ahead of the Championship season.

Other dealings

Another possible departure from the KC Stadium could be that of James Chester, with Premier League clubs ready to pounce for the centre back. Crystal Palace are the favourites to secure his signature, as they seek to bring down Hull's asking price of £8million.

As for potential incomings, Ryan Taylor is close to securing a move to the club. After being released by Newcastle United at the end of last season, the right back is searching for a new team and could sign a £15,000 per week contract with Bruce's men as early as later this week.

Hull's Championship season gets underway in less than two weeks, as they host Huddersfield Town.
