26-year old Isla signed for Harry Redknapp's QPR this past summer on what was supposed to be a one-year loan deal but it now looks like the Chilean will return to Turin in January. Despite playing quite a significant role in the QPR, 5 appearances this season in the Premier League, reports are suggesting that he is struggling to settle into London life.
If he were to return to Juventus then it's far from certain whether he would be a part of Massimiliano Allegri's plans for the future. Clearly the manager thought he was surplus to requirements at the start of the season if he farmed him out on loan and Juventus have made a terrific start to the season having won 6 out of 6 so it's hard to see him breaking into that team.
There is talk of other clubs interested in him taking him on in January, Italian club Sassuolo are apparently interested in signing him permanently and there is even talk of him going to another Premier League club as the player has been full of praise for the Premier League in recent times.
It seems a shame to see a player who showed his talent at Udinese and impressed as part of the Chilean team at the World Cup struggling to settle but he will hope that whether or not he stays at QPR or returns to Italy he can recover his form.
