Tonight the world witnessed a great team deservedly win their 20th Premier League title. When you compare Manchester United to Manchester City or even Chelsea you will find the former has not necessarily the greatest individuals compared with the latter yet they have romped the league and will continue to do so. Chelsea and Manchester City have teams of stars who play solely for the wages and to be recognised on an international scale. Manchester United do not have an all star squad, for example they have Phil Jones playing Centre midfield who when compared with Juan Mata or Yaya Toure probably comes bottom of the pile yet he is consistently effective. When Everton visited Old Trafford Marouane Fellaini was completely out of the game thanks to the former Blackburn man. He doesn't ooze talent and class like Lionel Messi but the ability he does have he makes full use of, this is something that is consistent throughout the whole United squad. They're not a team of stars yet they all know their jobs and give 100% whether they're 4-0 up or 6-1 down.

Ferguson asks nothing more of his players then 100% for the full 90 minutes, something that other sides are making note of such as Paulo Di Canio's rejuvenated Mackems. Like the Merseyside teams; from past experience at Goodison park the crowd will give a standing ovation to anyone who has given they're all regardless if they scored 3 own goals or made 3 goal saving tackles the same goes for the Anfield support, when a player is going through a tough patch they always support them fully and give them their full backing and this makes a massive difference to the players confidence. This is partly the problem that Fernando Torres his having. The £50 million striker has no confidence and it doesn't help when he has 40,000 people at Stamford Bridge booing and jeering him. If they supported him and he was given a full chance to show what he can do with a good run in the first team. With the crowd chanting his name and giving him a raptous applause then he would certainly find some good form. This is why Chelsea will never be a Manchester United until they loose their ruthless attitude.

Another example from Manchester United is managerial stability. We have seen in recent years the success he has brought over his decades at the helm of Manchester United and now other clubs such as Arsenal with Arsene Wenger, Everton with David Moyes and Stoke City with Tony Pulis, these managers have all been successful in their own ways.

Arsene Wenger has made the champions league with Arsenal every season since taking over and he has always kept his footballing principles with takes courage when fans are screaming for change he has ignored it and has conducted himself faultlessly in his time in the Premier League.

What David Moyes has done at Everton is nothing short of remarkable! Every season they push the top teams and this is a massive ask for their small squad and transfer budget. You can't even say overachieved any more as it is every season. What ever he chooses as his next career move it will inevitably be a success for such a dignified and classy man as David Moyes is. Kenwright made a masterstroke when appointing Moyes and I'm sure he will make another if David Moyes does choose to leave. One thing is for sure, he will leave with his head held high and I'm sure Everton will always have a special place in David Moyes' heart and vice versa!

Stoke's Tony Pulis had the daunting job of keeping Stoke City in the premier league which has proven too much for many top managers such as Neil Warnock and Ian Holloway. Stoke are not considered a relegation side, but a team pushing for the top 10 and maybe in future years a Europa League spot- a tough ask so don't get your hopes up!!

Teams like Chelsea should look at the advantages stability has; The players know what is wanted from them and what they can improve on, the managers tend to achieve better when they have job stability as it would give a greater job satisfaction, not to mention saving a few million in pay offs!!
