Chelsea go into this weekend's game against struggling QPR looking to extend their unbeaten start to the season. The Blues haven't lost in the league so far, and Saturday presents the chance for them to go a tenth game unbeaten in the league.

The worrying thing for Harry Redknapp's men is that Chelsea's home form this season is impeccable, with four wins from four and only two goals conceded. But what QPR can be thinking about is that in the last West London Derby, it was QPR who came away wih a 1-0 win, thanks to former Blue Shaun Wright-Phillips.

After Chelsea's 1-1 draw with Manchester United last week, the Blues will feel somewhat aggrieved after losing defender Brannislav Ivanovic to a red card, and then conceding a last minute Robin Van Persie goal, to drop only their second points of the season. QPR on the other hand, will be glad to be back to winning ways after a 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Monday night.

In team news it appears Diego Costa is still a doubt after his hamstring injury has kept him out of action recently, missing the games against Maribor and Manchester United. But it's likely he could make an appearance here be it from the bench or a start. Ivanovic and Cesar Azpilicueta are banned for the game, after the Spaniard was sent off at Crystal Palace a couple of weeks ago.

Ramires should be fit for the meeting, but former QPR player Loic Remy is still out after injuring his groin after opening the scoring in the 6-0 win over Maribor in the last Champions League game. He's likely to be out for three weeks.

For the visitors, Rio Ferdinand is suspended for three games after making abusive Twitter comments, these were also met with a hefty fine from the FA. Also the game has unfortunately come too soon for both Joey Barton and Jordon Mutch, who both have hamstring problems and should be back for next week.

The interesting news however, is that Adel Taraabt is to earn a recall to the side, after supposedly mending the rift with manager Harry Redknapp. With Redknapp stating that 'he's put his hand up, he wants to play.' Taraabt could give QPR an edge with the game at Stamford Bridge, but with Chelsea's attacking threat up front. With Eden Hazard, Andre Schurrle, Oscar, Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa on the frontline for the Blues, QPR should be mindful, and prepared for a potentially long afternoon.
