Arsenal travelled to Turkey with qualification already sealed. Arsene Wenger decided shuffle his lineup and rested several key players including Alexis Sanchez, Danny Welbeck and Santi Cazorla. The hosts, Galatasaray looked as if they had nothing to play for as The Gunners came away with a 4-1 victory thanks to a braces from both Aaron Ramsey and Lukas Podolski.

The player ratings for this match:

Arsenal

Wojciech Szczęsny - 7/10: Had relatively little to deal with during the game but made a few tidy saves upon his return. There wasn't much the Polish international could do about Sneijder's late costless kick.

Mathieu Debuchy - 7.5/10: Enjoyed a consistent first half roaming up the right wing. After three months out it was no surprise that he was subbed on 75 minutes but an all round solid return to action.

Per Mertesacker - 7.5/10: Several fine blocks in the second period. Harshly penalised for the costless-kick that Galatasaray scored. Will be annoyed his efforts weren't rewarded with a clean sheet.

Calum Chambers - 7/10: A largely under the radar performance from the defender, but it should do his confidence some good after a tough game on Saturday.

Hector Bellerin - 7/10: The young Spaniard did well playing in an unfamiliar role. His pace caused problems on the break and he made a great challenge when Galatasary looked like equalising on seven minutes.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain - 8/10: His constant energy and willingness to run with the ball caused masses of problems for the abject hosts who resorted to fouling him. Provided a mature head next to two youngsters in the second half.

Mathieu Flamini - 6/10: Did the dirty work, picked up his usual booking and was taken off for a breather at the break.

Aaron Ramsey - 9/10: A fine assist for Podolski's opener, a deft finish for his first, a thunderbolt for his second and all before half-time when he was taken off as a precaution.

Joel Campbell - 7/10: Put in a lively shift and was unlucky not to score in the first half. Frustration got the better of him a couple of times in the second period as he tried to get on the scoresheet. Wasn't scared to put his foot in and did well helping Debuchy out.

Yaya Sanogo - 6.5/10: Provided a physical presence spearheading the attack and did pretty well holding the ball up. Should have passed instead of shooting on one occasion in the first half but ended up with an assist for Podolski's second.

Lukas Podolski - 8.5/10: Book-ended the game with two great goals. His first a typical Podolski rocket into the top corner, the second a composed effort after an impressive burst so late in the game. He also did his fair bit of tracking back in the first half.
