How about that for a win? It's now seven in a row to Arsenal, courtesy of six goals tonight as they stay in top spot of Group A, on goal difference.

Ludogorets had chances in the first half, but were blown away by Arsenal in the second half. They simply had no answer, but that was to be expected.

A hat-trick for Mesut Ozil and goals from Alexis Sanchez, Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was more than enough for the result.

That's it from me, James Eagles Twitter: (@therealjeagles). Good night and see you again next time.

FULL TIME: ARSENAL 6-0 LUDOGORETS

90+2: Bellerin tries his luck from the edge of the box and Stoyanov makes a very shaky save.

90: Two minutes of added time.

87: GOAL! Once again it's Lucas and Ozil linking up. This time it comes from the right as the winger dinks it into Ozil who volleys it into the corner first time for an ultra-rare hat-trick. Sensational.

83: GOAL! And it's five for Arsenal. Lucas Perez is released down the left and plays a stunning first time cross to Ozil, who drives it into the ground and over Stoyanov. A perfect way to end a perfect evening.

80: SUBSTITUTION: Wanderson (OFF), Lukoki (ON)

79: Anicet jinks past Elneny and fires a shot wide of the mark.

73: SUBSTITUTION: Sanchez (OFF), Iwobi (ON)

Arsenal have no changes remaining.

72: CHANCE! Oxlade-Chamberlain scampers down the left and picks out Lucas in the centre, but the Spaniard's near post effort goes over the bar.

69: SUBSTITUTION: Misidjan (OFF), Keseru (ON)

Ludogorets have two changes remaining.

68: CHANCE! Champagne football by Arsenal. Ozil fizzes a ball into Sanchez who traps it dead before scooping a pass over to Oxlade-Chamberlain, his volley is hit down, into the ground and is saved well by Stoyanov. Resulting corner comes to nothing.

62: SUBSTITUTION: Walcott (OFF), Lucas (ON)

Arsenal have one change remaining.

57: SUBSTITUTION: Cazorla (OFF), Elneny (ON)

Arsenal have two changes remaining.

56: GOAL! Another one for Arsenal, who grabs his second of the week. After a Ludogrets attack was halted by Koscielny, Cazorla picks out the run of the German with a wonderful pass; he sprints clear and tucks it past Stoyanov.

48: CHANCE! Ludogorets haven't woken up from the break yet. Sanchez clips a ball over into the bax and Walcott nearly beats Stoyanov with a brave header. The corner is met by Koscielny, but Stoyanox holds it with comfort.

Worrying for Georgi Dermendzhiev.

46: GOAL! Arsenal running away with it now as Oxlade-Chamberlain marks his return to the side with a goal.

Gibbs' cross on the left was barely cleared and fell invitingly to the winger, who caressed it into the corner.

45: We're underway.

Arsenal can count themselves lucky not to have conceded in this first half, as Ludogorets to their credit have threatened, Misidjan especially.

But, two wonderful finishes from Sanchez and Walcott are the difference at the halfway mark.

Some scores around the continent:

Bayern 2-1 PSV
Rostov 0-0 Atletico Madrid
Napoli 1-2 Besiktas
Dynamo Kyiv 0-1 Benfica
Barcelona 1-0 Manchester City
Celtic 0-0 Borussia Monchengladbach
PSG 1-0 Basel

HALF TIME: ARSENAL 2-0 LUDOGORETS

45: CHANCE! Oxlade-Chamberlain's cross is met by the head of Sanchez, but Stoyanov beats the ball away.

42: GOAL! Wonderful, simply wonderful. Maybe as good as Sanchez's audacious effort half an hour ago. Ozil finds Walcott who pulled back to the edge of the box. He sets it onto his right foot, and with all the time in the world curls a shot into the top right corner. Arsenal look to have weathered the brief Ludogorets storm.

39: Anicet skips past Mustafi but scuffs his shot into Ospina's arms.

35: Mustafi meets the corner, but his header is high over the bar.

34: CHANCE! Coquelin threads a ball into Walcott who forces a save from Stoyanov. Corner.

32: CHANCE! Again, Ospina has to beat Misidjan to the ball; he lays it back to Marcelo who grazes the post with his effort. This is not going to be a formality for Arsenal.

28: CHANCE! And at the other end, Arsenal break with pace. Oxlade-Chamberlain looks to square to Walcott but overhits the pass.

28: CHANCE! Another Ludogorets break. Misidjan nearly beats Ospina to Marcelo's pass, but the Colombian does well with Mustafi taken out of the game.

23: CHANCE! Ludogorets break with pace, Cafu rounds Ospina, but the Colombian recovers to pounce on his off-balance shot.

22': Sanchez is enjoying himself tonight. He picks the ball up on halfway and just runs until he's dragged down by Anicet for a free-kick 35 yards out. Cazorla's disappointing delivery is punched clear.

20': Delay in play as Oxlade-Chamberlain takes time to put his right boot back on.

19': CHANCE! Wanderson breaks into the box and forces Ospina into a near post save.

18': Dyakov gingerly gets back to his feet after an aerial clash with Oxlade-Chamberlain.

16': First attempt for Ludogorets, but Anicet fires well over from 25 yards.

12': GOAL! Arsenal score and what a sumptuous goal to open the scoring by Sanchez. Oxlade-Chamberlain finds him in space on the left. He checks back onto his right foot past Moti, pauses and scoops a wonderful chip over Stoyanov. Fine, fine goal.

12': Oxlade-Chamberlain fires a shot in, but Palomino blocks. The resulting corner is cleared.

9': CHANCE! Arsenal have their first real opportunity. Sanchez rolls past Moti before finding Walcott. His first attempt is blocked well, and he chooses to square the loose ball rather than shooting. Ludogorets clear their lines.

8': Arsenal starting to pile the pressure on. After a spell of possession in the Ludogorets half, Walcott's powerful cross evades everyone and goes out for a throw.

4': Ozil spins away from his man on the left hand side of the box, but Stoyanov collects his low cross with Sanchez waiting.

2': Ludogorets on the attack, Koscielny clears Batista Pimienta's cross.

1' - We're underway at the Emirates!

I can hear many a commentator wincing over Ludogorets' starting midfielder. Yes, I'm looking at you, Mr. Andrianantenaina; the Madagascan has the potential to cause headaches on and off the field tonight. What's the betting they call him Anicet?

As for the rest, Cosmin Moti is a name that stands out. Included in Romania's UEFA EURO 2016 squad, the defender also played the role of hero in Ludogorets' first Champions League campaign. Scoring one and saving two penalties in a qualification shootout against Steaua Bucharest in 2014, after regular goalkeeper Vladislav Stoyanov was shown his marching orders in extra-time.

Will he be needed to don the number 1 jersey again tonight?

Four changes for Arsenal, compared to the 3-2 win over Swansea City on the weekend. David Ospina resumes his Champions League duties, replacing Petr Cech. Kieran Gibbs gets a rare start over Nacho Monreal; Francis Coquelin returns from injury for Granit Xhaka, who may be sitting on the naughty step after his red card - and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain starts ahead of his namesake Iwobi.

UEFA Champions League - Group A
Position Team Pl W D L GD Pts
1 Arsenal 2 1 1 0 +2 4
2 PSG 2 1 1 0 +2 4
3 Basel 2 0 1 1 -2 1
4 Ludogorets 2 0 1 1 -2 1

Ludogorets however have played against English opposition, as recently as two seasons ago, where they famously upset Liverpool, claiming a draw at their eponymously named stadium, and were unlucky not to come away with a result at Anfield. It could be a tricky night for the Gunners if they allow complacency to creep in to their game.

What can Arsenal achieve tonight? We'll wait and see, Bulgarian sides are unchartered territory for Arsene Wenger's side; having never played against one before in either a friendly or competitive environment.

Elsewhere in the group, Paris Saint-Germain face FC Basel in Paris, a place where Arsenal snatched a late point on the opening matchday, courtesy of an Alexis Sanchez striker; after Edinson Cavani had put the Parisians ahead less than minute after kick-off.

Last time out, Arsenal blew Basel away with a display of incisive, fluid attacking football. Two first-half Theo Walcott goals were enough on the day, but the scoreline ended up flattering Basel, who had stoic shot stopper Tomas Vaclik to thank - as he made an astonishing string of saves to frustrate the hosts.

Welcome to VAVEL's live coverage of Arsenal's third game in this season's UEFA Champions League, against Bulgarian minnows Ludogorets. Once again, I'm James Eagles and I will be guiding you throughout tonight's encounter as Arsenal look to extend their ten game unbeaten run in all competitions, and affirm their position at the top of Group A.
