Helenius on his way back to Denmark?

Nickals Helenius could return to Aalborg according to the Birmingham Mail.

The Danish international joined Aston Villa in the summer, but he has failed to make an impact playing just three league games since arriving from Aalborg.

His agent, Mads Bach Lund told Danish BT: "If, after the last few league games in the Premier League, he is told he must find something else, then a club like AaB would be interesting for Nicklas."

To increase his chances of becoming a Denmark regular, a move away from Aston Villa appears to be his best option.
