In the reverse fixture, the London side were the first team to defeat Jurgen Klopp as Liverpool manager back in November.
Palace’s poor run since December coincided with numerous additions to their injury list, but even with players coming back, they have been unable to turn their form around.
Ahead of the game this weekend, manager Alan Pardew spoke about how his side can defeat their opponents.
“If we can find a way around that high press, we can cause Liverpool problems like we have done in the past,” he said in his press conference. “We improved at Sunderland. The boys coming back will help us progress. Its a different team to the one of four or five weeks ago.”

Striker Connor Wickham and goal keeper Wayne Hennessy look to be doubts for the game against Liverpool, however they are both being monitored. Papa Souare will be back in the squad after completing a suspension.
Jason Puncheon will hopefully be back in the team next week, after a month on the sidelines due to hamstring issues.
Liverpool bounced back from their defeat in the League cup final against Manchester City last weekend by thrashing the same opponents 3-0 on Wednesday, and Klopp will be hoping his can perform at a similar level this weekend, and make a late charge for the top four.
“Six points is not the world. We have to show it, consistency has not been our hobby until now. We need to improve that,” he said in his press conference. “I have some hard selection decisions to make. We haven’t had this before. We have to use this new quality to change and rest.
