Crystal Palace were one of the few teams to beat Everton at home last season but that result came when Tony Pulis had them climbing up the table out of the relegation zone. Everton will be weary of Palace as they have some quality players and are never easy to beat.

Everton will be going for three wins in a row with a 2-0 victory over West Brom last weekend and a massive 4-1 victory over Wolfsburg in midweek. Neil Warnock has not recorded a victory in the Premier league and will be hoping he can end that run.

Everton haven't made the best of starts either, throwing their first two games away by not seeing the games out and drawing 2-2 in both Leicester away and Arsenal at home. Against West Brom however they kept a clean sheet are were unlucky not to on Thursday but for a stunning costless kick at the end.

John Stones may have settled things as he started in both the wins Everton have had.

Palace have coped well with the departure of Tony Pulis and Neil Warnock's team are looking as though they are improving with back to back draws with Newcastle and Burnley but there's no doubt they will need a big performance to upset the toffees.

Coleman is due to be fit for the game as he went off late against Wolfsburg with a head injury. Barkley, Pienaar are another few weeks away from fitness while Kone and Oviedo are due to be back soon. Distin is also fit for the game at Goodison.

Palace should have Joe Ledley and Wilfred Zaha after they picked up knocks at their draw to Burnley. Marouane Chamakh could also be in contention for a first-team return but Warnock is weary about rushing him back too soon after his foot injury against Newcastle.
