Hull City signed Tom Ince during last summer but he has failed to impress in the black and amber. Manager Steve Bruce opted to offload him on-loan to Championship outfit Derby County for the rest of the season. He has though looked impressive during his time at Derby but Bruce is reportedly looking to sell him in the summer, despite spending £2.3million pounds on the promising England U-21.

He has scored 10 goals in 19 game for the Rams after Derby manager, Steve McClaren paid a £300,000 loan fee to take him to Pride Park. Steve McClaren: "He has scored goals and created them and he is my type of playerIf we hadn't got Tom and others in January, we wouldn't be in the top six.I think he's been good for us and we've been good for him. I haven't spoken to Steve Bruce but we would like to keep him."

Hull have already though started to search for his replacement. The Tigers have been with linked with the Polish international Maciej Rybus who plays for Terek Grozny in Russia. Hull may stay on high alert after Rybus admitted he wants leave as he is the last year of his contract. Hull face competition from fellow Premier League side West Brom as either side may look into activating his £3.2million buy-out clause but the deal depends on Hull's survival.
