Daniel Sturridge is likely to miss Liverpool's crucial battle with Norwich this Sunday, after a hamstring injury forced the in-form England striker to be replaced midway through his sides game against Man City, last weekend.

Last night Liverpool revealed that they were in a battle against time to ready Sturridge for the trip to Norwich to face the Canaries. This news was very worrying for the Kopites. Today the news has been worsened for the reds fans, with Sturridge' s uncle revealing his nephew is definitely out for this weekend's game, but will hopefully be fit enough for his sides 'title decider' with Chelsea in a fortnight.

With Jordan Henderson suspended for the next 3 games, Liverpool's options look bleak, with Victor Moses and Joe Allen the likeliest to replace these unavailable players.
