Liverpool have been the host of many of England`s brightest youth prospects down the years, with the likes of Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, Robbie Fowler and Michael Owen, all earning themselves fantastic careers. More recently the Kirkby academy has provided the likes of Jon Flanagan, Martin Kelly, Andre Wisdom and Raheem Sterling with first team opportunities at Anfield, and the long list of talented youngsters continues, with Alex Inglethorpe and Neil Critchley having some of the most talented youngsters in England at their disposal with the likes of Brad Smith, Jordon Ibe, Jordan Rossiter and Harry Wilson all staking a claim to be the next academy product to been seen on the hallow turf of Anfield.

However, the list of talents doesn`t finish at the U18 side, with a host of 15/16 year olds currently on the clubs books, restlessly waiting for the chance to play in Neil Critchley`s U18 side. The under 18`s is probably the most recognised age bracket in England, with the famous FA Youth Cup allowing all clubs to enter their U18 sides into the well known competition. As each year goes by, the top talents of each U18 side make the step up to the U21 side, currently managed by Alex Inglethorpe.

This summer, it`s likely we`ll see Ryan Fulton, Conor Randall, Daniel Cleary, Harry Wilson, Ryan Kent, Pedro Chirivella, Jerome Sinclair and Seyi Ojo all make the leap into the U21 team, following the likes of Maguire, Jones, Rossiter, Dunn, and Lussey, who were all able to make the transition last season.

With plenty of places to fill, some of the top talents amongst the U16 side will be eager to make the step up to the U18`s, where they`ll be broadcasted each week on LFCTV. I`ll be taking a look at some of potential names all U18 watchers will be seeing next year.
