Benayoun struggled to make an impact at Chelsea and left upon his contract expiry in 2013, after unsuccessfull loan spells at Arsenal and West Ham. A short stay at QPR followed before Benayoun went back to his country of Israel at Maccabi Haifa, where he will become a sporting director when he retires in 2016.

The Ukranian did however provide two assists, but it didn't stop him being loaned to Hertha Berlin a season after joining. A transfer to Dynamo Moscow followed, before a loan spell in Germany with Fortuna Dusseldorf. After being released by Moscow in 2014, Voronin retired from professional football.

The arrival of a certain Fernando Torres (benched against Besiktas) saw Crouch's first team chances lessened, and he moved to Portsmouth in 2008 for £11.5 million, before returning to Tottenham. After a strong spell in London, where he scored crucial goals in the Champions League for Tottenham, Crouch moved Stoke City in 2011. He has become something of a cult hero for the Potters, making over 100 appearances in his four years at the club, scoring memorable goals such as a sensational volley against Manchester City.
