Jürgen Klopp has spoken of his appreciation for Jordan Henderson's mindset, hailing his impact in Liverpool's fantastic comeback against Norwich City on Saturday, stating sharply: "I love his attitude." 

The Reds captain dragged Liverpool right back into the game with a neatly-placed finish after they had looked dead and buried in the aftermath of a Wes Hoolahan penalty to leave the score 3-1.

It was this wonderful response that set the foundation for a comeback and a 5-4 win in favour of the Merseysiders and Klopp commended Henderson's role in achieving all three points to Liverpoolfc.com. 

Klopp lauds Henderson's style

Klopp told the website that you cannot argue the "importance of Hendo", describing him as a "brilliant player." The manager was quick to reiterate the importance of Henderson remaining fully fit and even though "he's not at 100 per cent" Klopp says his job is made easier because of his "mentality." 

The boss has a lot of time for Liverpool skipper Henderson because he has worked exteremly hard to come from injuries that "a lot of players in the football world would have struggled with."

Henderson is a real worker both on and off the field, something which Klopp has established already as he described the English international as a "a real fighter", emphasising his importance to the team.

Klopp went further, stating that Henderson was a "perfect professional football player" and declared: "I love his attitude."

Henderson praises influence in the Norwich comeback 

Henderson was fantastic in the Norwich game and acted as a source of inspiration and fulfilled the captain's role to perfection as they took an important three points. 

Klopp felt that his goal came when "Norwich were celebrating in their minds." As a unit, Liverpool were not playing well but "he [Henderson] woke up everybody with his goal."  Klopp concluded sounding his applause for the part Nathaniel Clyne and Roberto Firmino played in this goal.
