Joe Hart has spoken to the media about his matchwinning save against Swansea City on Sunday, commenting that saves as such always mean more when they win you points.

Manchester City showed off a wealth of attacking talent in their 4-2 victory at the Liberty Stadium, however the standout moment of the game came in the 79th minute. With the score at 3-2, Federico Fernandez broke free from a Swansea corner, directing a header at goal. It looked destined to hit the back of the net, but a diving Hart managed to miraculously tip the ball over the crossbar.

"It was a good win for us," said Hart. "We maybe made things difficult for ourselves by giving away the two goal lead, but it was a great game to watch and we had brilliant away support as usual.

"It was a good one!" He said, when asked about the save. "It was a free header, which was disappointing. We've been poor this season from corners, he's headed it well and I've just flown after it. I'd realised it wasn't quite in the corner so I had to lift it up and over the bar. Those sort of saves are good but when it means we win, it means a lot more.

"This season's been good for me, last year I had alot to ponder after some poor form. I'm always very proud to play for this team and we've always had a great unit, we'll look to finish off strongly next week against Southampton. The season comes and goes quickly, but it never feels like football finishes."
