Former Bursaspor striker, Enes Unal has joined Genk on loan for a period of two seasons. The Turkish international joined Manchester City earlier in the summer transfer window. He played three times in pre-season against Melbourne, AS Roma and Adelaide as City toured Australia.

Unal scored four goals in 35 games last season and has scored 181 goals in 108 matches at youth level. For the Turkish under-16 team in 2013, the highly-regarded youngster scored 24 goals in 25 appearences.

The team he is joining Genk, finished last season in seventh place. The move will give the teenager a place to flourish during the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 campaigns. He will look to impress, scoring as many goals as possible - thus enhancing his reputation if he wishes to win a place over the likes of Sergio Agüero and Wilfried Bony.

Unal notified his Twitter followers, saying: "I'm going to play for @KRCGenkofficial this season on loan, it'd be a great experience for me and I'm impatient to play at Cristal Stadium."

Following the player's departure, fellow striker Stevan Jovetic has joined Inter Milan on an 18-month loan deal. Jovetic has been plagued by injuries after his switch to the Etihad in 2013 and will look to get back to his best in Italy. During his time in Manchester, he won the Premier League and the Capital One Cup double, but struggled to establish himself as a first-team regular due to persistent injuries.

Another player to go out on loan is EDS midfielder Olivier Ntcham. He will link up with Serie A side Genoa for a two-year loan deal. Similarly with Unal, Ntcham had some playing time during the Citizens' tour in Australia and made his debut against Adelaide United. The young Frenchman signed for the club in 2012 and played in last season's UEFA Youth League. He also collected a medal as the youth team won the International Premier League Cup.
