United are set to play their third pre-season friendly versus Inter Milan in the International Champions Cup. The game will be broadcasted live on MUTV at 0030 BST.

Louis Van Gaal has indicated that he will not change the 3-5-2 system that is currently being tought to the squad during training. Chris Smalling has indicated that the squad are full of confidence from the new training regime that LvG has introduced to United.

"First we do a lot of video work on the opposing team," He told the official Man Utd website. "Then, when we do our 11 versus 11 games in training, one team is set up like the opposition so they will copy their traits and their formation so that, come game day, we're much better prepared to cope with whatever they throw at us.

"As an individual player, you do have to stick to the role you have been asked to play so the whole team can benefit and get a full understanding of what they will face come game day."

Nemanja Vidic is available for selection to play against the club that he captained during the 2013-2014 campaign.
"It's good that it’s a friendly match," Vidic told MUTV. "I wouldn’t love to play against United in a competitive game. But it will be strange playing against players I trained with, against a club I was part of for so many years. In another way, I will be glad to see friends."

One player who will not be featured is Rafael who has been sent home following a groin injury which is likely to have kept him out of the remaining tour fixtures.

A keen eye will be kept on several players that have been linked away from United; Fellaini, Hernandez and Zaha. It is more likely for Zaha to be deployed as a Striker as opposed to a complete wing back.

Manchester United will be tested, as the Italian side are experienced facing opposition that play three at the back. I would imagine that United would be keen to add to their ten goals, already scored within the first two games of their pre-season.
