Hull City travel to White Hart Lane to take on Tottenham Hotspur knowing they have win at least one of their last two games to maintain their top-flight status.

Both teams are out of form, with Spurs only winning one of their last six league games and Hull City only winning two in 10 as they fight for survival.

City go in to the game on the back of back-to-back defeats, the latest being a 1-0 home loss to recently-relegated Burnley last week.

Steve Bruce's side sit two points off safety and with two games to play against Spurs and Manchester United, things are looking bleak. A lack of goals has been a severe problem for the side, having failed to score in 15 of their 36 league games this season.

History suggests things aren't about to get better for Hull. They haven't beaten Tottenham in their last eight meetings and they have also never won a Premier League game in the month of May.

Spurs haven't won in three games, their last win being the 3-1 victory away at Newcastle United in April.

Vlad Chiriches was sent off in Tottenham's embarrassing defeat by the Stoke City and is suspended. Danny Rose is back to take his place at left-back, but Kyle Walker and Ben Davies are still missing.

Emmanuel Adebayor is suffering with illness and will not feature in Spurs' final home game of the season. Erik Lamela currently has the nod over Andros Townsend on the wing as Pochettino gives his compatriot a chance to prove himself before the summer.

Nikica Jelavic is pushing for a start for Hull and may be recalled at the expense of Sone Aluko as strike partner to Dame N'Doye.

With Mohamed Diame and Gaston Ramirez still sidelined, Stephen Quinn is poised to maintain his midfield berth in a team showing just one change from the defeat to Burnley.

Former Spurs players Michael Dawson and Tom Huddlestone are expected to start. Jake Livermore, another ex Spurs player, will not be playing after being suspended by the club.

Mauricio Pochettino's side won the reverse fixture 2-1 back in November thanks to a very late Christian Eriksen goal.
