It's the final game of the 2014/2015 Premier League season and Tottenham Hotspur know a win could see them finish fifth.

Spurs are currently sixth, one point behind Liverpool who travel to Stoke City on the final day. Everton, meanwhile, don't have much to play for but they'll be keen to finish in the top 10. The Mersyside club sit in 10th place on 47 points but level with West Ham. They haven't finished outside the top 10 since the 2005/2006 season.

In team news, Everton's on-loan winger Aaron Lennon is ineligible to face his parent club. Sylvain Distin, who is out of contract in the summer, will be involved for the first time since January if he recovers from illness.

Tottenham defender Vlad Chiriches is suspended, while Kyle Walker and Ben Davies remain sidelined. Goalkeeper Michel Vorm is a doubt because of illness and Emmanuel Adebayor has been given compassionate leave for family reasons.

Mauricio Pochettino's side will have to improve on the recent record at Goodison Park. Tottenham are winless in their last seven league matches at Goodison Park since a 2-1 victory in February 2007.

Harry Kane must score to equal the club's Premier League record for most goals in a single season - 21 by Teddy Sheringham in 1992-93, Jürgen Klinsmann in 1994-95 and Gareth Bale in 2012-13.

Everton have only conceded nine goals in their last 15 league fixtures at Goodison Park and kept six home clean sheets in 2015, a joint-league high with Arsenal and West Brom.

The hosts go into the game on the back of a late 2-1 win away at West Ham. Romelu Lukaku netted in the 90th minute to secure three points.

Spurs also won last week. A comfortable 2-0 win over Hull City pushed City to the brink of relegation.
