It was all going so well for the Lilywhites as they went 1-0 up, but missed a whole host of chances to put the game out of sight. The man who scored an own goal earlier in the game, Craig Dawson, levelled up with 15 minutes to go. White Hart Lane is eerily quiet as the players walk off.
Spurs are held! Is that it for their title hopes? A huge, huge night in the Premier League title race. Leicester City can win the league by beating Manchester United on Sunday.

86: Close! Sections of the ground thought Sessegnon had scored for West Brom, cutting inside before thundering a shot into the side netting.

75: More bad news for Spurs after conceding, Eric Dier has been forced off with an injury. Ryan Mason on as Dier limps down the tunnel.
73: You always fancy West Brom from set-pieces, and Craig Dawson heads in after Lloris failed to claim the ball when coming out. Spurs will really be regretting all of those missed chances now.

72: Great chance for Rondon as the ball breaks kindly for him in the area, however Lloris pushes the ball over with a finger tip save.
71: Meanwhile, in the land of Twitter, video footage is emerging of Dele Alli taking a swing at Yacob earlier in the game. Whether or not he'll receive any punishment for that is one to keep an eye on in the coming days.
70: Tottenham look to race away on the counter as the Baggies have a corner, but Myhill is out off his line to intercept Alli's through ball towards Christian Eriksen.
68: West Brom head a free-kick away, straight into the path of Dembele. He lines up a shot from distance, shooting wide with his favoured left foot.
64: Eriksen with another good effort up at the other end! With options to his left and right, the midfielder decides to hit it himself, outside of the post.
63: Ever so close for West Brom! Gardner with a fairly ordinary cross that Rondon gets on the end of, heading narrowly wide of Hugo Lloris' left hand post.
60: Yellow card for Evans, he pulled Lamela back after the Argentine beat him to the ball.
58: Spurs hit the woodwork for the third time tonight! Great counter-attack, Eriksen eventually sliding the ball to Lamela, who hooked the ball across the goal, only for the ball to roll agonisingly onto the post.
56: Spurs looking to come back at the Baggies, Eriksen's shot deflected out for a corner. Nothing comes of it, Pulis' well drilled men get it away.
53: Gardner somehow gets it past the wall, but his weak effort is easy for Lloris to handle.
52: A quiet start to the second half, mostly because the Baggies are actually having the better of things at the moment. Gardner wins a free-kick around 25 yards out and lines it up...

42: Handbags on the touchline between Walker and Rondon, the full-back flicking a stupidly judged leg at the striker after the ball was well out. Luckily for Walker, he goes unpunished.
40: More great football from the hosts, a quick interchange of passes ends up with Lamela going down in the area under pressure, but no penalty is given.
33: You can't say it hadn't been coming, and it's no surprise that it comes from an Eriksen set-piece. The Dane delivers right on the money, the ball ending up low in the six yard box, and it appears to come off Dawson as an own goal. 1-0!

29: Rondon gets a touch! West Brom have actually got into the opposition half a little more in the last few minutes, with Gardner blasting over a half chance from 15 yards out.
26: Rondon is cutting an extremely lonely figure up front for West Brom. Will he get a touch before the half is out?
20: A slip from Yacob allows Kane to get the ball out of his feet and shoot from the edge of the area, Myhill's again equal to it as the 'keeper pushes the ball wide.
13: Good heavens, he's quite good at free-kick's isn't he? Eriksen wrong-foots Myhill, but the ball skins off the crossbar and goes over.
12: Sessegnon now clips Rose right on the edge of the penalty area, Eriksen with another chance from a free-kick. "Danny, Danny Rose!" rings around the stadium.
10: This Tottenham team is a joy to watch, they've started the game with huge amounts of confidence, evidenced by Lamela's first time flicked pass to Alli with the outside of the foot.
7: How has that stayed out?! Brilliant link up play between Alli and Kane inside the area, the latter gets away from the defence, only for Myhill to brilliantly tip his shot onto the post. Stunning save.
4: Spurs with all the possession in the opening few minutes, although the atmosphere does sound slightly subdued. Eriksen with a chance to direct a free-kick towards goal, but it's wide.

Spurs come into the game having seen four of their players named in the PFA Team of the Year, with the awards dinner having taken place laast night, Pochettino's players not attending due to preparing for this game. Dele Alli, Harry Kane, Danny Rose and Toby Alderweireld were all named in the team, whilst Alli scooped up the Young Player of the Year award.
Their league form certainly suggest that there's been something of a drop off recently, with no wins from the last five matches. Pulis' men are currently on a losing streak of three, the latest of those a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Arsenal on Thursday evening. Alexis Sanchez bagged a first half brace, and from that point there was no way back for the underdogs.
We should mention the Baggies a little, although truth be told there isn't much to be said about Tony Pulis' men. Out of cup competitions at an early stage, safe from relegation but not chasing European competition, it could be suggested that most of their players are already in holiday mode. The Midlands side are in 14th, but three points tonight would move them as high as eleventh.
They played catch-up extremely well last week, seeing off Stoke City 4-0 at the Britannia Stadium after Claudio Ranieri's side had dropped points the day before. Leicester didn't make mistakes this weekend though, beating Swansea City 4-0.
Although the Lilywhites are overwhelming favourites to see off West Brom tonight, they face tricky tests in the remaining few weeks. Another Monday game next week away at Chelsea, before they host Southampton a week later. The season concludes away to Newcastle United on the final day. What is interesting is that Spurs play after Leicester in each remaining gameweek, so they'll always be playing catch-up.
Mauricio Pochettino's men currently sit second in the league, eight points behind the flying Foxes. However, they do have a game in hand, meaning a win tonigh would close the gap to five with three games remaining for each team. Realistically, you'd think Spurs will have to win each of their remaining games to push Leicester all the way.
So, with just four games left in the league season, it's a huge night for Tottenham. They're the only team mathematically left in with a chance of beating Leicester City to the title, and it's up to them to keep themselves in the hunt tonight.
