One of the more attracting ties of the FA Cup's fourth round see's West Brom make the short trip to Birmingham for a west midlands derby.

Gary Rowet's Blues made hard work of it in the previous round as they had to come from 2-0 down to see off Northern premier side Blyth Spartans but manged it eventually thanks to a brace from Wes Thomas. A real sign of character ever present through Rowet's reign so far.

Their general form has been good of late as well with the Blues only losing one of their last five league games, that defeat coming at home to high flying Derby. There should be no need for motivation in this one as it's their first meeting with the Baggies in four seasons.

West Brom like their neighbours saw off non league opposition from the North East in the form of Gateshead in the previous round. A slow start prompted Tony Pulis to get down on the touchline which woke his players up and they went on to win 7-0 with Saido Berahino bagging four goals.

The new manger effect has clearly kicked in for West Brom as their unbeaten in the four games since Pullis was named head coach, with the most recent outing being the 0-0 draw at Everton on monday night leaving the Baggies three points clear of the relegation zone.
