According to the Chilean version of AS, Juan Delgado is a reported target for Glasgow Celtic as the Scottish champions are looking to bolster their forward lines in an attempt to improve their attacking power towards the 2015-16 season.

The Chilean winger is viewed as one of the most important players for Colo Colo and he's one of their expendable assets considering his age, his talent and the fact that he has already been under the radar of Chile national team manager Jorge Sampaoli. Even though he wasn't a full-time starter last season with Colo Colo, Delgado was a constant threat on the flanks thanks to his speed and pace that could play perfectly in the Scottish Premier League.

According to several reports, Celtic has made an official offer for the winger but it remains to be seen if Colo Colo will accept it. New manager Jose Luis Sierra sees Delgado as an important player for the upcoming campaign so Colo Colo's management will have to decide whether they want to sell the coveted winger of if they want to, perhaps, loan him out with a future buy clause.

Mexican side Cruz Azul are also said to be interested in the right winger.

The 22-year-old scored eight goals in 32 matches for Colo Colo. In case he signs with Celtic, he'd become the third Chilean player to feature in the SPL after Sebastian Rozental played for Rangers and Mauricio Pinilla did it for Hearts a few years ago.
