Former Belgium coach Georges Leekens will be looking to test his compatriots when he takes his Tunisia side to Brussels to play Belgium

Leekens was last in charge of Belgium between 2010 and 2012 during which he failed to guide the Red Devils to Euro 2012.

However, he will be hoping his knowledge of the Belgian squad will help Tunisia scupper their World Cup plans.

Belgium manager Marc Wilmots has much to consider ahead of their opening match against Algeria. It appears Romelu Lukaku should start in the place of the injured Christian Benteke, but Wilmots is not overly convinced by the Chelsea forward and a Kevin Mirallas or Dries Mertens as a false nine still remains an option.

Speaking to the Belgian media, Zenit midfielder Axel Witsel said: "The team is ready.

"In the main, everyone is serene.

"There is no nervousness. We know what we can set ourselves without putting any extra pressure on."

Tunisia should provide stern opposition for Belgium, they were unlucky not to qualify for the World Cup and they have only lost twice in their last twelve matches.

Georges Leekens has already made an impressive start to his reign at Tunisia's head coach. In his first game last week he managed to guide Tunisia to a 1-0 win over South Korea in Seoul.

"I come to Brussels as a proud Belgian," Leekens said.

"The dream (of reaching the World Cup) has become a reality for the whole country.

"I am glad that I have contributed to that, (and) am looking forward to seeing many friends."
