48 teams were involved in the UEFA Europa League draw which took place on Friday afternoon in Monaco, being allocated into four different pots based on their UEFA coefficients.

Below are the groups in full, along with a review of each team and the favourites to progress to the Last 32.

Group A: Villarreal, Borussia Monchengladbach, Zurich and Limassol.

Group A looks like a foregone conclusion in my opinion, with Spanish side Villarreal and German club Borussia Monchengladbach the outright favourites to progress into the knock-out rounds.

Not only do they have more experience when it comes to European competition, but they have more quality when compared to Zurich and Limassol, who could provide an upset or two but will not be expected to get past the group stages in truth.

If either one of the two teams does pull off a shock and progress, it will be very surprising.

Group B: Copenhagen, Torino, Club Brugge and Helsinki.

This group is wide open, with all 4 teams having a relatively strong chance to progress into the Last 32; I would instinctively predict Serie A side Torino to qualify (whether that be winners or runners-up) with key players such as Cerci, Quagliarella and Nocerino all important - even though rumours have circulated that many of their most important players are set to leave the club.. Club Brugge and Copenhagen will battle out for 2nd place, but Helsinki could provide an underdog challenge aswell.

Group C: Tottenham, Besiktas, Partizan and Asteras Tripoli.

English side Tottenham were able to cruise past AEL Limassol in their play-off second leg game yesterday night, and have relatively easy group stage opponents; with the only real test they will be worrying about being Turkish side Besiktas who gave their north London rivals Arsenal a run for their money in the Champions League play-off a few days back.

I wouldn't count on any real upsets, with both Spurs and Besiktas looking to go far in the competition itself. The real intriguing game in Group C will be the Tottenham - Besiktas matches.

Group D: Red Bull Salzburg, Celtic, Zagreb and Astra Giurgiu.

Group D looks relatively straight-forward, with no disrespect intended there either - Salzburg and Celtic should have enough quality to ease into the knock-out rounds, with both clubs disappointed not to be in the Champions League.

Group E: PSV, Panathinaikos, Estoril and Dynamo Moscow.

PSV will be looking to top Group E, with the likes of highly-rated winger Memphis Depay among those in their squad ranks looking to impress on the European stage. It looks almost certain as though Panathinaikos and Dynamo Moscow will battle it out for 2nd place.

Group F: Inter Milan, Dnipro, Saint-Etienne and Quarabag.

4 different opponents, who are all in completely different situations awaits Group F; Inter Milan won the Champions League back in 2010 but went on a massive decline after that. They'll desperately want to improve and get back onto the same level that won them the UCL a few years back.

Meanwhile, Saint-Etienne and Dnipro will rely on their key players in an attempt to get through into the Last 32 while Quarabag are a relatively new side from Azerbaijan in the competition, regularly beating a few teams but failing to get to the group stages.

Group G: Sevilla, Feyenoord, Standard Leige and Rijeka.

The defending Europa League champions will be relatively satisfied by the group that they have, Feyenoord will most likely provide the only real challenge for first place; which they'll be eager to take as they get ready to stake their claim for back-to-back Europa League titles. If they manage to go all the way and win it, they'll become the first team to win back-to-back titles since they previously did it in the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons.

Group H: Lille, Wolfsburg, Everton and Krasnodar.

An intriguing group in the form of Group H, English side Everton brace themselves as they prepare to face solid opposition in European competition for the first time in a few years, which will not be easy having to juggle Premier League and Europa League squads each week.

French side Lille and German club Wolfsburg are the two teams who really stand in Martinez & his side's way - if they are to beat them, it would prove they could be a real fixture as one of the best European clubs in the future.

Group I: Napoli, Sparta Prague, Young Boys and Slovan Bratislava.

Napoli will be licking their lips at their opposition in Group I, having come third last season in the Serie A and failing at the last hurdle before the Champions League proper with an unlucky defeat to Spanish side Athletic Bilbao.

Group J: Dynamo Kiev, Steaua Bucharest, Rio Ave and Aab Alborg.

Another interesting group, with nothing to separate the 4 teams. Kiev and Bucharest will be hoping they can qualify for the knock-out rounds, seeming as they are the two strongest out of the four.

Group K: Fiorentina, PAOK, EA Guingamp and Dinamo Minsk.

Serie A side Fiorentina will be expecting to dominate Group K and progress through to the Last 32, especially with the quality that they have such as Cuadrado, Gomez and Rossi going forward in attack.

Group L: Metalist Kharkiv, Trabzonspor, Legia Warsaw and Lokoren.

A competitive group, sees all 4 teams with something to prove. Metalist Kharkiv and Legia Warsaw especially, given their experience in these types of competitions over the past few seasons. If you wanted to predict who would progress from this group, I suggest you don't - because it will be unpredictable throughout.
