Without making a single appearance for the club in his two years under contract at Chelsea, midfielder Kevin De Bruyne will not be staying at the Bridge much longer.

According to German source Bild, Champions League runners up Borussia Dortmund have agreed a deal to sign De Bruyne from Chelsea on a 5-year contract.

The midfielder spent last season on loan at fellow Bundesliga outfit Werder Bremen where he enjoyed a successful spell, earning him a move to one of Europe's top teams.

New manager Jose Mourinho is looking to build his own squad, by removing fringe players who do no feature in his long-term plans, including De Bruyne. Chelsea's loss in Dortmund's gain.
